We are in military and get stationed at many places, therefore, where we purchase a vehicle is not where we would be for the recall to be covered. It is ridiculous that they considered the place of where you purchase your vehicle to determine if a recall applies to your vehicle, not the place it's serviced or registered. With a recall on the rusted suspension, we believe this is a true life or death situation involving a minor or major crash.
Stop being cheap and recall all the Entourages to see if it's an issue, if it's an issue that's several lives you would save.
