The contact stated that she looked at the sunroof and noticed a hole the size of a basketball in the center of the sunroof. The contact stated that the sunroof was almost completely shattered. The contact had taken the vehicle to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed and determined that the sunroof was shattered by road debris and needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was 43,731.
