When the right indicator was turned on, the left indicator lights came on. When the left indicator was turned on, the right indicator lights came on. When the indicators are turned on the first blink or two is the wrong direction, then it switches to the correct direction. First time was on an interstate, other times around town.
Occasionally when applying the left blinker switch to make a left hand turn it will take 5-10 seconds for it to start working and sometimes when I turn the left blinker on, the right side starts blinking for a while then it will automatically switch to the left. This has been going on for the past few weeks. Dealer wants $125 just to look at the car plus what ever the service / parts will be.
The low beam headlights will not come on even after replacing the bulbs and fuses. The A/C stopped working. Again, the fuses were replaced and all connections are right. There's a vibration coming from the passenger side front wheel. It starts at 70 M.P.H and gets worse as speed increases. Roaring the tires did not help. It sounds like a old worn out truck coming from the drivers side strut housing.
Left brake caliper stuck wearing out brake pad completely. Headlights so dim they don't light roadway. Windshield unusual hazy appearance causing unclear front view. All problems during any condition on road.

The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The contact was made aware that the brake lamps were not working after he received a ticket from a police officer for the tail lamps. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic and was informed of NHTSA campaign number: 17V359000 (parking brake). The contact was advised to take the vehicle to a Hyundai dealer. The vehicle was taken to South shore Hyundai (360 sunrise hwy, valley stream, NY) where it was determined that there was no recall on the vehicle. Upon VIN inspection, the contact found that it was included in NHTSA campaign number: 17V359000 (parking brake). The manufacturer was not notified. The failure mileage was approximately 57,700.
I bought the car with 15 miles on it. Ever since I got it the car been starling. Engine lights comes on. I took it to the dealership and they said its a false code. The 2nd time they said its air filter.the 3rd time they said its body throttle. Today the car shut down while driving it, im at the dealership and they want me to pay for the same problem that jas never Geo fix. They blaming me for not taking it everytime it stalls. There is diferrent problem with the car that I don't stated. I'm really frustrated after for trip here at tje dealership and cant even found the problem. Hynday os ripping poor people off because they also come with an excuse.
Put blinker on for right hand turn, made the turn, when the blinder stalk (which also contains headlight controls) returned to home position, the headlights went out, and the instrument panel indicated my lights had switched off. My light knob remained in auto, with the computer thought I turned them off. This was at night. I could not see when my lights turned off. It is very unsafe to be in motion and have your lights cut out!!! this problem happens frequently now, getting worse. It's obviously a bad connection within the blinker stalk, causing the light mode to change on its own when turning.
Inside lighting of vehicle will not turn off. This interferes with night vision and also disturbs peripheral vision. This is like a passenger shining a flashlight into your eyes from the side. This is a very unsafe condition while driving at night.
1. the overhead lighting will not turn off. This causes significant and detrimental driving conditions as it impairs driving at night. This is just like a passenger holding a flashlight at the drivers eye at night. This is clearly unsafe and affects peripheral vision. 2. the wipers do not oscillate fast enough. I am not referring to the quality of the wipers but the speed at which they move. I have had many vehicles and this is the only one that when our normal rains in Georgia occur the speed of the wiper oscillation is not able to overcome the typical rainfall.
I wish to call attention to a terribly dangerous condition that seems to be inherent on autos equipped with projector type headlights. An overly technical explanation of the phenomena is: 'while going down a slope the projector's cut-off of light shifts downward and the headlight's beam distance is significantly diminished out in front of the car (headlights appear to be driven down into the road surface). Obviously, this creates a safety issue because the driver cannot see pedestrians and animals out in front of the car to allow adequate and safe stopping distances. Additionally, road safety signs cannot be read on undulating roads because they are not illuminated on the down-slopes.' In much simpler language, if you are driving on a very dark and hilly road and go down a hill, you will swear that someone has suddenly put a black sheet over the upper portion of the windshield; the entire upper portion of the windshield appears to have instantly taken on a very dark tint and the field of vision has diminished to just a few feet in front of the auto. It is a terrifying, very confusing and dangerous condition the first time you experience it; understanding the mechanics of the problem and knowing that it is going to happen every time you experience similar conditions does little beyond making you dread having it happen again. Another disturbing condition that is also very dangerous that is caused by the highly focused beam of the projector type light at very dark intersections is that the visibility around corners is very poor and only extreme caution by drivers of cars equipped with projector headlights will prevent pedestrians from falling victim to this hazard. Obviously, accidents and death with be caused by the issues I've described and an improvement in design and replacement of this inherently dangerous component is needed at once.
