The contact owns a 2015 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that the rear driver-€™s and passenger-€™s side doors failed to open from the inside and outside of the vehicle. The dealer was notified of the failure however, the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 47,000.

The contact stated that her daughter was the driver of the vehicle and her two passengers attempted to exit the vehicle however, the doors were unable to be opened from inside or outside the vehicle. The passengers had to climb out the window to exit the vehicle. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer; however, a diagnostic test was not performed.
