I am a home support worker and I have been employed by viha for 8 yrs. This was my 3rd car from this dealership and I expected the Tuscon to last. I paid many years and now lost my nursing job. I am a mother of 2, struggling now to make ends meet and the fire costs me after insurance in the whole 10000.
I cannot afford another loan. So I had to leave my job to a job I can walk to work. My pay decreased and my bills are catching up. Im horrified at Hyundai and not caring if we were okay. I had to message the owner Scott Kilby and he would not talk to me on the phone. I don't know who to turn to. I am at my wits end - I'm lucky we were not injured. I was with my son at the time of the fire.
