A little shocking to see a rattle like this developed in a car under 10 years old, but the previous owner wasn't particularly kind to the car. Over-all an easy and cheap fix to perform yourself. Basic double-sided weather stripping or 3M adhesive tape placed under the plastic cover at the bottom of the windshield will resolve this issue.
