As I said this noise increases at accelerating I replaced all of the wheel, pullers and serpentine belt to no effect. This noise "siren type" seems to be coming from where the oil sensor is. At removing the oil cap the noise is not from engine belt. It is so difficult to diagnose I just wonder if any one out there had this happened to their 2002 X Type Jaguar and is able to share some light into this your help is really appreciated. I bought this Jag new, the millage 92,000. No crashes just normal maintenance and use.
