We had to fight to get this vehicle due to limited inventory. We had a Sedona previously and loved it. Mostly got these vehicle for their safety features. I was t-boned into the side of the Carnival by someone at high speed and I was knocked unconscious with concussion, traumatic brain injury, back injury and other problems as well. Anyway, the problem is that despite being hit severely in the side of the vehicle, NOT ONE AIRBAG DEPLOYED !! KIA has had big recall for airbags in years past and to me it appears that their airbag problems are still not resolved. I have informed KIA, they appeared interested at first, but they haven't followed up yet. Maybe I will have to get a lawyer involved, which is a shame I need to do that. The guy who hit me didn't have a license, license plates or insurance of course. So the financial hit is a big one since my unInsured motorist was only for the minimum. Of course, the worst problems are the fact that I have permanent injuries, it appears.
