Same as all the other complainants, my sunroof just popped on my way to work this morning and the damn dealership FIESTA and COTTONWOOD Kia are claiming it is a rock or another kind of impact. They're full of sh*t. Just bought this car 1.5 months ago and now I'm probable going to have to pay 3-5k to fix the damn sunroof when there are a multitude of complaints about this.
This car and dealership has been a nightmare. It took them 5 weeks to get the car in my possession. Replaced the transmission due to a sensor failure, Cad needed to be replaced, the service manager forgetting to hang up the phone after leaving my husband a voice mail and cursing my husband and I. I tell you I wish I would have never gone to Fiesta!!!!!!!
