I took my KIA to the dealership. No-one in the KIA service. Service performed in the BMW service center. Air condition not working, had a funny smell. The BMW people were very pleasant. It took a while, but they got my air working. Less than a month later, air not working again, but now I can hear a scraping metal sound. This KIA is a problem. I have a feeling, all they did was put some of that freeze stuff in it. This issue still not resolved.
