I've had no sound coming from my Kia Optima 2013. I took it to my Kia dealer and they are lost. They tried a reset. They unhooked battery. Checked speakers. Checked amp and back of radio.
They had my vehicle over a week and stated they have no clue... the dealer Kia! This is a recall. I saw more than a thousand people with this issue. Kia needs to fix this with a recall... I need my bluetooth to work to talk while driving. With no sound and against the law to talk on phone in car, I can't talk with no sound...
I would like a response.
