Date and mileage approximate. Problem ended up being a bushings issue as well as an issue with the shocks - "leaking oil". The rubbery-squeaking sound, most noticeable when driving in drier conditions, especially over road imperfections, was corrected. All covered under warranty.
However, I feel that the issue may be returning. Too difficult to currently tell due to the fairly constant wet and snowy weather of late (acts to lubricate the shocks/bushings).
Update from Feb 24, 2015: With the drier (but still cold) weather, the original problem has returned to both rear tire wells (assuming shocks and bushings again)
