The contact owns a 2003 Kia Sedona. When the left turn signal was activated, the signal switch remained engaged until it was manually disengaged. The right turn signal operated normally. The contact believed that the left turn signal failed because it does not operate the same as the right signal. The dealer stated that the failure was actually a standard feature of the vehicle. The powertrain was unknown. The failure mileage was 51,000 and current mileage was 53,000.
