Both mirrors involved. It started with driver side, then passenger, they immediately dive to the road, so they are useless. My dealer said it wasn't covered by warranty. Said he'd have to completely replace entire system, mirrors switch etc. price $1,600.00! I found if I just put switch in middle off position and manually adjust them I can survive. I had a similar problem on a Ford truck. There the dealer told me to just pop out the old switch, unplug it and replace with a new one. It worked cost $30.00! Took me an hour. I've been shopping. Found a likely replacement on Ebay for $28.00 with free shipping! I hope to find a friendly mechanic to tell me the key to disassemble the door trim so I can put the new switch in.
