While attempting to start the Engine it turns over without starting. After turning the Ignition Off, and attempting to Restart, it Starts immediately.

I Checked Battery Voltage & Charging System Both Good. This problem occurred approximately 4 times previous to me seeing the Vehicle.

I checked for any Codes and found none. The Ambient Temperature has been in the 100's F, I think it may be a case of Vapor Lock or a Fuel System problem such as a Dirty Fuel Filter or Indication of a Fuel Pump beginning to Fail. I will Replace The Filter and continue to follow the Vehicle's Starting Problem until I can locate and diagnose the problem.
