since day 1, my 2015 kia sportage with a fin for an antenna, has given me a problem with the audio system when i'm listening to siruis. i lose signal different places around my city and other places. i live in san antonio, texas. we have alot of open spaces, and i lose signal when i'm on the highway, some residental streets. the system has been changed, the antenna has been changed twice, a tech came to check it from another state, and the reason i got for the radio losing signal was that the audio system in this particular vehicle is working the way it should work. i don't understand. i had a 2013 kia sportage before this one with a tail antenna, never lost signal unless i was under a bridge. i have now had it for 14 months, and i've taken it in for the same reason about 7 times. it drives me crazy when i'm listening to a song, and it goes out. i pretty much know where it'll go out and for how long. usually it's only a couple of seconds, but there are some places that it goes out from 10 to 20 seconds. it doesn't sound like much, but it gets annoying when you driving and you know it's gonna go out.
