Broken blend door actuator after car sat for two years in the a/c position. Went without heat for 2 Wisconsin winters. Found a video on youtube on how to manually switch the blend door actuator to "heat on". it's behind the glove box, to the left, a little gray lever that you can push up or down. You need to move it about twice a winter to keep the heat hot.
Why is this part failing on ALL of these vehicles? Ford - FIX THIS!!! I froze my butt off and wanted to blow this car up.
