2001 Lincoln Navigator: Passenger attempted to buckle up in the seat directly behind the driver's seat and found that the seat belt (seat belt in this position is rarely used) was unusable--unlatch button was stuck in the depressed position. No crash or injury was involved. A butter knife was used to raise the latch to secure the seat belt. Once the release button is depressed to release the belt, it remains in the depressed position.
