There is no other rust on this vehicle. Others have had the same problem with Expeditions and F150s. This is defective metal and Ford should replace it at no cost to the owner. This is terrible that I should have to put out this much money for replacement of something which should not have rusted out at all. Some reported having cost as much as $1600.00 for this repair.
