Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. The contact owns a 2007 Lincoln Navigator. The contact stated that the brakes failed and the traction control warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer for a diagnostic test however, the dealer could not diagnose the failure. The failure mileage was 115,000. The VIN was not available.

The contact owns a 2007 Lincoln Navigator. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the brake system engaged without any warning and made a very loud growling noise.. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. The technician was unable to diagnose the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure and current mileage was 90,000.
