engine stuttering at light acceleration and driving uphill

In order to fix this problem (engine stuttering at light acceleration or driving uphill) Lincoln Technicians replaced: ignition coils, sparkplugs, throttle valve body, oxygen sensors; I was also advised to use oil and gas additives. So far nothing helped. A Lincoln Specialist told me that there was a ' factory recall' for this specific problem (?)
