While out of town in a rainstorm, the windshield wipers failed. It caused very hazardous driving condition since we could not see out front windshield and were forced to drive looking out side windows during driving rainstorm. With much difficulty we made it to our destination. Needs to be checked out. Other Lincoln owners of same year/model have had same problem.
