Jack collapsed when tire was being changed. The jack couldn't hold the weight of the vehicle. There was a recall to replace the jack with a stronger one, but consumer was never notified of it until the jack broke. Consumer spoke with three different dealers who agreed the jack should be replaced. One agreed to replaced it if the consumer pays the $50 warranty deductible. Consumer think the jack couldn't hold the Lincoln but may hold a Ford Focus. Michelin stated since the tire was driven until flat, it wasn't under warranty. Since they couldn't match the tires, all four were replaced with big O with a 100,000 mile unlimited warranty. Michelin, Firestone and possibly Lincoln has lost the consumer as a consumer.
