I'm having to deal with a sunroof-"equipped" 2004 Lincoln Town Car purchased by an elderly individual against my advice.
The damned thing has leaked at every rain since bought, as I knew would happen. If you buy any vehicle with a sunroof, know this: it's not a question of if but rather when it will leak during heavy rain and destroy the rest of your car. If the vehicle is US-made it will happen that much much faster.
Making this case unique is an especially stupid design by Ford [Lincoln], which makes it impossible to know if the thing is closed or not.
Basis for a serious and vicious class-action lawsuit.
