The contact owns a 2007 Lincoln Town car. While driving at any speed the contact heard a rattling sound coming from the rear of the vehicle. The dealer was unable to diagnose the failure. The contact did not notice any differences beforehand and the problem occurs every time the vehicle is driven. The current mileage was 14,533 and failure mileage was 10,100.
