Attorney is writing on behalf of kenny tilva's daughter who stated that the vehicle shook violently then the left front tire tread (Goodyear club) 185/70R14, dot unknown, separated while traveling. It was determined that the Goodyear tire tread had separated causing damage to the left front inner fender well.

When I went to have my oil changed, I noticed the tire on thefront drivers side, the tread was peeling away from the tire itself. The tires all match and they have alot of tread N them. I wouldn't say anything but, I have two children and I couldn't even consider the thought of losing one of them to something like this or anything for that matter. I replaced the tire but I feel that they should be more careful with production, people's lives are at stake. Thank you! barbara auer. (tiresize: 18570R14)
