Fuel Gauge constantly remains on Empty. Gauge Cluster and Sending Unit/Pump replaced. Fuel Gauge remains below Empty Mark - as if ignition is shut-off. Could this be a Broken Wire between Gas Gauge and Sending Unit/Fuel Pump????
