You have to reset the radio stations, and heater settings each time the car is started. For instance, you can assign radio stations to each of the preset buttons, turn the car off, then on again and none of the presets "stick". It's as if the battery terminals have been disconnected each time you turn off the car.

Can't find a fuse of module that controls this. I have a Hayes manual for this car and it does not mention this problem.
