They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. When applying the brakes with the headlights on, the reverse lights come on and the hazard lights come on (not flashing.) With the right turn signal and brakes applied the right front and rear lights flash really fast and the high mount stop lamp also flashes.
