Bought new Opel Astra from Williams Hunt Fourways in January 2018. Within a week I realized that the ride quality is bad. The ride was harsh and bumpy on fairly good roads, no matter the tire pressure. The tires slips when taking curves. The dealer swapped the shocks with another similar new vehicle after I made noise. God have mercy on whoever bought the car without swapped shocks.
The front wheels became better, but the rear got worse after swapping of shocks. Now the dealer refuses to help further.
I have been in contact with the dealer and Opel Customer services South Africa many times. All Opel Customer services does is refer me back to dealer.
