Ventilation system only functions on high setting. Also, this has caused poor visibility when trying to defrost the windshield. Dealer has not been able to determine the problem.

Consumer was driving 25 mph when she noticed smoke coming from windshield defroster. It was hot enough to burn her fingers when she touched windshield. After a couple of minutes, windshield cracked, 3 cracks about 1 foot long. Dealer stated defroster was faulty, and needed to be replaced.
