Accidents involving Plymouth Voyager's, the air bags didn't deploy. (nar) the consumer also experienced problems with the engine head gaskets and the tail gate light coming on.

While driving engine light came on, driver took vehicle to dealer, had head gasket/belts, and fluid replaced. After retrieving vehicle, engine light came back on. Took vehicle to dealer and head gasket and cylinder was replaced. Head gasket has failed again.

The vehicle's heater had never produced sufficent heat and was defective. The mechanic determined that an intermittent coolant leak was the cause for insufficent heat, which itself could possibly had resulted from head gasket problem.

Traveling 40mph applied gas pedal, but vehicle had no power. Would start to shake. Transmission gears not shifting correctly. Had it replaced. The 2nd transmission felt like it needed a tune up. After tune up, vehicle still not picking up power. Vehicle was shaking & rattling. Also had the mounts replaced & checked the axle. Nothing was wrong.

Transmission/torque converter/valve cover gasket/thermostat/oxygen sensor/serpentine belt failed, and oxygen sensor and wiring harness shorted out. In addition ABS brakes failed 4 times, once resulting in an accident. Dealer also replaced front brake pads/rotors.
