The consumer received a recall notice on child seat belt straps but the dealer cleaned the strap instead of replacing it. The problem reoccurred and the dealer wants to charge for the service but the consumer states the recall was not done and he should not be charged for the service.

Intergrated child seat straps are faulty, causing child to get stuck in seat. Consumer states straps had to be cut to remove child from seat. Consumer declined repairs to child seat. Consumer stated that passenger rear tire was lossing air, dealer found nail in tire and plugged rear tire.
