I am writing about the failure of the gen saftey belts releasing unintentionally. Chrysler is refusing to replace the seat belts.

My daughter (front, passenger) & I (driver) were in 2-car auto. Accident 10-06-99. Her seatbelt didn't restrain her; she struck her head twice (1-on windshield, 2-on dash). Airbag opened *after* she fell back in seat. Airbag & seatbelt operated defectivel

Seatbelt failed multiple times after proper installation of 2 different types of child safety seats. In addition, seatbelt failed with normal repetitive use. Manufacturer denies problem. It is the middle bench seat right side
