They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. While driving at highway speed of 65 mph brake pressure went to zero and pedal hit floor, causing a longer stopping distance, dealer could not determine cause. Consumer felt defect was caused by a hairline crack in the seal or cylinder head.
