i had boughten a 1993 Pontiac Sunbird (used). it was a cheap car. I test drove it and everything seemed to be okay. I purchased it from a private owner and they never told me anything about it needing head gaskets. so i paid for the car and drove off. I got about 2 miles up the road and the car started putting out. I look in my rear view and all i see is a line of fluids leading up to my car and a blue like smoke coming out of the exhaust. I thought ohh sh*t. Come to find out the car had bad head gaskets and a blown head. they told me at the shop that the head probably was not blown until I drove it away needing head gaskets replaced. Has anyone else had this problem? these people were just trying to make a quick buck and took no consideration for anyone. They knew this car had a problem. and ive learned a valuable lesson... buy cars with warranties.
