I was told by the service manager that they have had a few hemis come in with this problem. I found it hard to understand due the the length of service for the 5.7. They are the only ones that have serviced this truck since new. They changed the oil, removed all oil on the undercarriage and were really nice about the whole issue. However, the oil did get changed, but it wasn't time for it, According to the oil life monitor, it was at 52% oil life remaining. They then used one of my 4 warranty oil changes. The same thing as charging me for it. I was not pleased with this.
