Number 6 lifter broke, but luckily the piece fell straight through to the oil pan and it was a clean break. The dealership said that they would have to be replaced every 80,000 miles. Why? This seems like an engine design fault. This wasn't under warranty. The dealership gave a 10% discount on parts due to the number of issues with my 2015 2500 Tradesman Ram.
