Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

I bought a pre-certified 2011 Scion Tc on 5/8/2014, approx 10 days later, when my daughter was driving about 45 mph the car started to rattle near the front passenger windshield. It looks like a manufacturer defect but Toyota dealer/warranty does not seem to cover. Seems like other folks are having the similar issue (from youtube). Just wanted to record this complaint. Not really an accident (sorry - not sure if this is the right forum). 2011 Scion Tc"V=turrax_X7B8 <--- best one that sounds like our Tc 2012 Scion Tc with"V=5B-G_S_ax8Y.
