They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. This made my car really stinky, as the fluid dripped down onto the exhaust. When it happens no one wants to just replace the boot, they want to replace the whole half shaft assembly. The whole problem and solution is described in great detail here:
