Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

Every morning I head off to work when the vehicle is cold, I start the vehicle, I put into drive as I accelerate to about 10 miles I hear a rattling sound from underneath the vehicle. This sounds happens even when the car is warm accelerating from a stopped position, such as being at a stoplight. I had the vehicle in the repair shop at the dealer where I purchased the vehicle. The dealer's service department said it was the heat shield for the catalytic converter. I left the vehicle overnight, in order for the service department to experience the annoying sound, when they test drove it the following morning. Here I am about seven months later with the problem. I believe it is something more serious than a heat shield. I have scheduled a second appointment to have the same issue repaired. I have been research the issue online and see that this been an ongoing issue with Suzuki.
