I got this car a little less then a year ago from a reputable used car dealership and shop in my area. I've driven around 13,000 miles and haven't had many major issues. I got the oil changed with full synthetic every 5,000 miles, and once right before it got cold. After the first snow my car started making an awful clunking noise and a belt squeaking. The car was running fine and I didn't have an issue with it other then the awful noise. I couldn't get an appointment at a shop so I had to drive it for a day. I was driving home when all of a sudden the battery light came on. I lost power steering and my heat and AC. The steering was sticky and hard to turn so I had to have it towed. Apparently a belt had snapped that sheared off half the water pump. Long story short, I'm now out $900. This was unexpected especially because the car is a 2012 that was given a clean bill of health less then a year ago. It's very disappointing.
