The contact owns a 2007 Suzuki XL7. While the vehicle was parked the contact noticed the driver and passenger side floor board were wet due to water leaking from underneath the dash board. There was also water inside the front interior lighting cover on the roof of the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing. The technician stated the air conditioner lines were clogged and had to be flushed in order to repair the failure. After the vehicle was repaired, the failure continued to occur. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.
