Stopped at a light and as I was slowing down the car jerked as if it was being hit from the rear.. following the light change, I got a hesitant pull off and knocking or the car seemed to skip or as if gear was slipping. 2nd time car was put in D and jumped out of gear and heard a loud thud as if car was being rear ended. 3rd time I was approaching a stop signal while driving approximately 30 mph and the transmission began to downshift with a loud banging noise.
