We don't have a lot of complaints on file for the BMW Z4 (although feel free to add yours here) -- it's either not very popular ... or it's very, very good.
The 2003 BMW Z4 has the most complaints, & the most-reported problem is also with the 2003 Z4 for fuel pump failure.

fuel pump failure -- 2003 Z4:
Fuel pumps failed twice, both times in remote areas of the Rockies. Both problems could not be diagnosed on the computer, but only by manual inspection. The first time the screen on the bottom of the pump collapsed, blocking the pump, second time was an unknown cause. Read more »
