Notifying you of a safety matter that the constituent experienced while driving his son's 2017 BMW X3 on June 29th a approximately 6:30pm involving the vehicles front and side airbags. The consumer stated the airbags deployed for unknown reasons. The driver crashed into a guard railed. The driver and 2 passengers received bruises from the impact. They were transported to the hospital for observation. Updated 09/11/2017

Takata recall - received notice from class action settlement stating the takata air bags are defective in my BMW. Have not received a recall notice as of yet. Would like to resolve this problem due to safety concerns.

Takata recall received notice of recall 1st week of July, 2017. Contacted perillo BMW, 1035 N clark St, Chicago, il 60610, on July 8, 2017. Was told that the part was not in stock, and that they would have to order the part. I was told that they would call back within a week or two to schedule an appointment. I have had no further information from perillo BMW, now more than three weeks later. They have not honored the recall.
