At 13,000 mi. boiled! No explanation and BMW Tucson refused to check my oil content. Local BMW screwed up my engine, car won't run right now, gets only 15 mpg! BMW doesn't care! My I-controller stopped working two weeks after warranty ended. BMW refused to change brakes when they were under warranty until I came back from local shop with the measurements that I was in danger of NOT STOPPING! BMW spilled oil all over the engine causing an awful odor and had grease on my leather at pickup. Something wrong with suspension. Leather thin for an expensive car compared to Cadillac. Carpet cheap compared to other American cars. Not a car for a smooth ride even on the freeway. Recall for pump overheating, BMW refused to change it! I think the Mfg. hopes you don't sell it before the warranty ends so they can make more money on you! None of the dealers I have been to want to do anything for you while you are under warranty! BMW refused to give me the old parts, said they had to keep them? BMW has been getting away with bad customer relations for a L O N G TIME!!!!! Do not like having to do everything twice in a car...a royal pain! Passengers aren't used to lifting the handle twice to get out of a car in AMERICA!!! AMERICANS ARE USED TO GOOD SERVICE AND PLEASANT PEOPLE! ALL I'VE SEEN IS UNCOOPERATIVE PEOPLE AT FIVE DEALERSHIPS I HAVE BEEN TO. BEST ONE WAS IN COLUMBUS, OH. AND SEATTLE, WA. WHERE THEY MEET YOU WITH A SMILE, NOT A FROWN! DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO OR LEAVING MY CAR 4 DAYS FOR A 10 MIN. TPM ADJUSTMENT!!! WATCHED EMPLOYEES LYING TO AN ELDERLY LADY ABOUT HER TPM TOO.

BMW cambers wears tires in a way that tread wears on an approximately one-inch inner strip of the tire. They are $400 each, run flat and soft rubber, so you go through them like water. Unbelievably expensive to operate if you put miles on the car like we do (approx 20k per year)... fun to drive, but very high cost.
