The contact owns a 2015 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 mph when the contact was attempting to pull into a parking space when they hit another vehicle near the driver's side. The contact was not able to see the other vehicle. No air bags deployed. The vehicle was not towed. A police report was filed. No injuries or medical attention was needed. The vehicle was taken to a body shop for repairs. The contact stated that then while idle when a truck came from the side of the vehicle crashing into the driver side of the vehicle when this occurred the contact was not able to see anything in the side view mirror. The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed. The vehicle was not towed. There were no injuries. The vehicle was returned to the body shop for the driver's side door to be replaced. The contact contacted the dealership (findlay Chevy Buick GMC address: 2565 laughlin view dr, bullhead city, AZ 86429; phone: (928) 754-3400) who only attempted to trade the vehicle in. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 65,000. Consumer says that they were unable to see out of the driver's side mirror during both accidents. Consumer says that issue may be due to the seat being to low for a shorter person to see out of the mirror. Consumer has attempted to contact the manufacturer but has been unsuccessful.
