Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

Please take a moment & say thank you by donating $5 or whatever you can to the Center for Auto Safety.

My car has stalled several times in the middle of the road while driving. It seems to be similar to the issue that is in the recall of the 2014 model, but there are no recalls for the 2015. Since there are no recalls, the dealer is not looking for this issue on my car.

The contact owns a 2015 Buick Enclave. The contact stated that there was an abnormal odor of fumes emitting into the interior of the vehicle when the vent controls had been used from A/C to heat. The contact noticed that upon the weather change when the heat was activated, the odor was getting progressively worse. The vehicle was taken to two dealers, who were not able to replicate the failure. The vehicle was taken to a third dealer who was able to provide a diagnosis and they changed an air filter but the failure continued with a random unknown strong odor, which was affecting the contacts eyes and nose. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.
