Huge win for car owners! All TSBs to be made public. The Center for Auto Safety just made the NHTSA (US Government) make public the full text of all TSBs from now on. They are the same organization that has petitioned the NHTSA & filed lawsuits to protect car owners over exploding gas tanks & other major safety issues. Whenever you drive in your car, you are safer thanks in part to a lot of work over the years by this small but very effective consumer advocacy group.

DeVille

2002 Deville bought is used with 46,000 miles after driving it 1,500 miles I noticed it used 3 quarts of oil. Everyone I ask says it is excessive and I agree I can not get this taken care of on my own and I owe too much money on the car to get rid of it. Cadillac should fix this problem I have talked to other individuals and they had the same problem with one car having blown the engine. He now drives a Toyota avalon.
